2065438+July 2009, I came to the editing room of library science of Guo Tu Publishing House. In the past two years, I have learned a lot of new knowledge, busy and full. First of all, my editor is experienced. I have been exposed to all kinds of books, including library science books, creative notebooks, music collections, archives collections and other new types that I have never been exposed to before. For these books, it is very important to modify the text, and at the same time, we must learn the knowledge of graphic design, score composition, document cataloging and so on. And learn a lot of new knowledge. By following up the publishing process of these books, I deeply realized that as editors, we need to know more knowledge in order to find out the problems in the manuscript in time. Secondly, I also found that editors should not only face the manuscript, but also touch more fields. For example, last year 10, I was lucky enough to attend the second conference on local literature and library history. In this academic conference, I not only heard the reports of many famous scholars and teachers, but also learned about the new trends in the academic field. At the same time, in the process of communicating with teachers or introducing books to them, I learned what they wanted or were interested in. This information is very important for editors, which makes me realize the importance of editors' active participation in academic conferences. Editing is a work of accumulating experience and growing constantly. I believe that as long as you work hard, you will get something.

I have always loved the long history and traditional culture of the motherland since I was a child, and it is my dream to make some contribution to the development of the motherland in my 20-year student career. In July 2020, I officially entered the National Library Press and became a member of the ancient books industry. The excitement of realizing one's wish is beyond words.

In my work, although I am not a direct participant in the publication and digitization of ancient books, I have witnessed that books and databases have been supported by the state and recognized by the society. Since joining the club for more than a year, I have assisted the editors in completing the applications for the national publishing fund project, the national ancient books sorting and publishing project and the national ancient books digitization project. A variety of books and databases have been approved, allowing more excellent ancient books to quickly enter academic research, enter the public's field of vision, and get good protection and inheritance. At the same time, assist the editors to complete the top 100 book selection activities and excellent book report promotion activities of the National Ancient Books Publishing House, and organize the Hong Wen Book Award selection activities of our agency internally. Every award-winning book reflects the recognition and affirmation of our society. Although I am just a screw in many workflows, I am proud of every participation. I am proud of my work and the development of excellent traditional culture.
In the new media era, the development and dissemination of culture is no longer limited to traditional media. With the support and encouragement of the club leaders, I joined the new media publicity group established by the club, assisted our club in book promotion and brand promotion, and actively participated in the planning and shooting of videos such as Children's Day, National Day and "Jinwen Shuxiang Reading Week". This is something I have never touched before, and it is a challenge to new fields and new knowledge. With the joint efforts of team members, we have made some achievements and will continue to work hard in the future.
Unconsciously, I have entered 2022. In the new year, I will further strengthen my business ability, not only to ensure the smooth completion of all work, but also to strive to achieve excellent work results. At the same time, continue to actively participate in all kinds of learning activities and cultural and sports activities organized inside and outside the society, and realize the all-round development of thought, ability and quality.
Personal introduction: Zhao Rui, Master of Library and Information Science, Hebei University, is now the editor-in-chief (reading room).
Tomorrow will be better than today, and progress will be made every day.

In a blink of an eye, it has been 9 months since I joined the National Library Press. In these nine months, I have learned a lot, and I have thought a lot myself. I am more calm, firm and confident now than I was nervous, excited and a little overwhelmed when I first went to work.

Walking out of the campus and coming to the publishing house is the first step for me to leave the campus comfort zone. From a student to a worker, the change of identity also made me start a new journey in my life. As a newcomer in a brand-new working environment, although I have accumulated some work experience in the army and schools in the past, it is inevitable that I will feel some pressure and anxiety when I first arrive at the publishing house. But with the enthusiastic help of my colleagues around me, I gradually became familiar with the rules and regulations of the publishing house and the affairs of this department. As a functional department, the office plays the role of staff consultation, coordination and service. As a member of the office, I support the fine style of the army. In my working life, I work hard and actively apply what I have learned in school to my post. Through unremitting efforts, I have mastered my work skillfully. I also want to thank the teachers and colleagues who helped me. Although the entry time is very short, it is an important turning point in my life, which makes me move from a young student to a responsible and confident professional. At the same time, I keep telling myself that today is better than yesterday, tomorrow is better than today, and I want to make progress every day. I look forward to performing my life on the stage of the National Library Society, taking every step and doing a good job every day, and building a broader tomorrow with my youth and blood!
