Treatment of hyperthyroidism by five elements and taking advantage of it

However, patients with hyperthyroidism often have symptoms such as diarrhea, emaciation and fatigue. Even if some patients do not have diarrhea, emaciation and fatigue are also symptoms of spleen deficiency. If you only see the hyperactivity of yang during treatment, use bitter and cold medicines such as Gentiana, Akebia Akebia, Toosendan Fructus and Gardenia, which will hurt the spleen and stomach. If you only see the side of yin deficiency, if you use drugs such as Radix Rehmanniae and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi to nourish yin and soften the liver, diarrhea will be more serious.

This disease is mostly manifested as the phenomenon that five emotions turn into fire, such as irritability, or sudden rise of yang spirit and heat annoyance. Although excessive cloud qi is a fire, it is not appropriate to use bitter and bitter products to turn dryness into dryness, which will cause more yin damage. This is the second one.

Only Radix Paeoniae Alba, Fructus Chaenomelis and Mume have the benefit of relieving diarrhea with acid, because they are neither bitter nor cold nor dry. Based on the above reasons, acid purging liver wood is the main method.

Incomplete pyloric obstruction

Traditional Chinese medicine calls it nausea, and it has the phenomenon of vomiting at dusk. There is a vibrating sound in the upper abdomen, which is called abstinence in Chinese medicine. Spleen governs transport and transformation, and stomach governs appetite. This disease is not transported after eating, and finally spit out, which belongs to "the collapse of the two soils."

If you simply use drugs that strengthen the spleen and stop vomiting, it will not work.

According to the analysis of the Five Elements Theory, fire produces soil, and the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer rot Shui Gu, which means that the transpiration of Mingmen must be false.

According to the theory of Yin-Yang and Five Elements, its treatment is to replenish the fire of life gate. Fuzi and Alpinia oxyphylla are mainly used for warming and activating zhongyang. Fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae has the functions of drying spleen and stomach, warming and stopping vomiting. Xie Shugan uses Banxia Houpu Decoction, Sinisan, etc. Although compatibility of Radix Aconiti Lateralis and Radix Aconiti Lateralis is taboo, there is no adverse reaction after years of use of fried Radix Aconiti Lateralis and cooked Radix Aconiti Lateralis, and the combination of Rhizoma Pinelliae and Radix Aconiti Lateralis is not enough to clear yang and stop vomiting.

However, it should be noted that the above treatment methods are only applicable to pyloric obstruction caused by ulcer complicated with inflammation, edema and spasm near pylorus. Not if it's caused by scar contraction.

chronic bronchitis

The pathogenesis of chronic qi and emphysema is complex and cannot be cured by a single drug.

Accordingly, its pathogenesis is that soil does not produce gold. Treatment should be based on purging liver and gallbladder fire, bitter cold and consolidating yin, with Jiao 'ai Siwu Decoction plus Cortex Phellodendri, Fructus Gardeniae and Cortex Moutan to assist Atractylodis Macrocephalae in invigorating spleen and replenishing blood.

When four substances are used in this syndrome, we should also pay attention to the pungent smell of Chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis, and the pungent smell is yang, so the dosage should be light. Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Rehmanniae should be used in large quantities, because Radix Rehmanniae cools blood and Radix Paeoniae Alba softens liver.
