China Ocean Shipping Tally Company was established in September 196 1 2008 1. It is an important state-owned backbone enterprise specialized in ship tally business approved by the Ministry of Communications. In March 2003, it was placed under the management of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and it was the only tally enterprise managed by the central government. Now it is merged into China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation.
