Cause: The motor cable or motor is short-circuited.

Measures: Check the motor and motor cable.

5.ABB inverter fault code: 0006

Cause: The DC voltage of the intermediate circuit is too low due to lack of phase of power supply, blown fuse, internal fault of rectifier bridge or too low power supply voltage.

Measures: Check the undervoltage controller, power supply and fuse.

6.ABB inverter fault code: 0007

Reason: The analog input AI 1 is lower than the limits defined by parameters 302 1 and AI 1FAULTLIMIT.

Measures: Check whether the parameter setting of fault function and the voltage level of analog control signal are correct.

7.ABB inverter fault code: 0008

Reason: Analog input AI2 is lower than parameter 3022. Restrictions defined by AI2FAULTLIMIT.

Measures: Check whether the parameter setting of fault function and the voltage level of analog control signal are correct.

8.ABB inverter fault code: 0009

Cause: The motor is overheated, which may be caused by overload, low motor power, insufficient cooling or wrong starting data. The measured motor temperature exceeds the fault limit defined by parameter 3504FAULTLIMIT.

Measures: Check the rated parameters, load and cooling of the motor, check the starting data and check the setting of fault function parameters.

9.ABB inverter fault code: 00 10.

Cause: The control panel selected as a valid control position stopped communication.

Measures: Check the connection of control panel, check the setting of fault function parameters, check the connector of control panel, and replace the control panel on the installation panel.
