Historical evolution of linhai
Since the Xia Dynasty, there have been human activities and territorial evolution in Linhai.

In Xia, Shang and Zhou Dynasties, it belonged to Linhai, in the Spring and Autumn Period it belonged to Yuedi, and in the Warring States Period it belonged to Chu.

After Qin unified the six countries, it belonged to Minzhong County.

In the second year of the Western Han Dynasty (85 BC), Hewlett-Packard County, which was ruled by Dewey in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, was set up as Zhang 'an, belonging to Huiji County.

In the first year of Jianwu in the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 25), it was renamed Zhang 'an County.

In 222 AD, the northern part of Zhang 'an was assigned to Shiping County, and the western part and Yongning County were assigned to Linhai County.

In 257 AD, Linhai County was located in the east of Huiji County, and the county ruled Zhang 'an. During the Three Kingdoms period, Emperor Wu built Linhai County (named after Linhai) and Linhai County (governing Zhang 'an County).

In 323 AD, Linhai County ruled Zhang 'an.

In 589 AD, Sui Huangkai abandoned the county for nine years, and Zhang 'an, Shifeng, Ninghai and Le 'an were merged into Linhai County as one state.

In the fourth year of Tang Wude (62 1), Taizhou was established.

In A.D. 1227, Taizhou Road General Administration was established.

In A.D. 1368, Taizhou Road was changed to Taizhou Prefecture, which belonged to Zhejiang Province.

From the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, Linhai was always under the jurisdiction of Taizhou's states, counties, roads and governments.

In the early years of the Republic of China, the abandoned house stayed in the county, belonging to Huiji Road.

During the Republic of China (16 (1927), the abandoned road system was under the jurisdiction of the sixth and seventh administrative supervision departments.

1June, 949, China People's Liberation Army took over Linhai and established the county people's government. In the same year, in June 5438+10, Taizhou Special Zone was established, with its resident in the sea.

1in March, 986, the State Council approved to cancel the organizational system of Linhai County and set up Linhai City as the political, economic, cultural and transportation center of Taizhou.

1994, Taizhou administrative office was moved to Jiaojiang, and Taizhou was established, with Linhai as the provincial city.
