What famous teas were there in the Tang Dynasty?
According to Lu Yu's Classic of Tea in Tang Dynasty and Li Zhao's Supplement to Tang Shi (806 ~ 820), there are more than 50 kinds of famous teas in Tang Dynasty, most of which are steamed dumplings and a few are loose teas.
