According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for Examination and Approval of Protection Planning of Historical and Cultural Cities, Towns, Villages and Blocks, the protection and management of historical and cultural cities, towns, villages and blocks, the construction activities within the protection scope of historical and cultural cities, towns, villages and blocks, and the improvement of infrastructure, public service facilities and living environment shall conform to the protection planning.
