Just change the extension of the file to that of the CAD file. We can choose. Bak file suffix, change it to. Dwg and open it directly with autocad software.

Method of not generating bak file:

Method 1: op Enter-pop up the options dialog box-find the open save column and click-remove the check mark in the box in front of each save to create a backup (selected by default).

Method 2: You can also use the command ISAVEBAK to change the system variable of ISAVEBAK to 0. When the system variable is 1, a BAK backup file will be created every time it is saved.
