Hunan, Hubei, Hebei, Liaoning, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Fujian and Guangdong provinces. By the fall semester of 2022, all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have fully implemented the new curriculum and new textbooks, and 29 provinces that have entered the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination have realized the synchronization of the new curriculum, new textbooks, new college entrance examination and three new ones. The eight provinces of Hunan, Hubei, Hebei, Liaoning, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Fujian and Guangdong that adopted new textbooks in 2022 refer to the textbooks developed under the guidance of the new round of basic education curriculum reform theory.
