College covers an area of11515000m2, with 246000m2 school buildings, 660000 paper books, 3933GB e-books and teaching equipment 187 17400 yuan. With the support of the central government, it has three national training bases: urban rail, road and bridge, and testing. The college has 8 1 experimental training rooms, 100 multimedia classrooms, 1300 students' computers and 83 practical teaching cooperation units. In order to fill the resources for running a school, in 2003, the College reorganized its assets with Yantai Sanatorium of the former Ministry of Railways, established Yantai Branch, and merged with Harbin Accessories Station of China Railway Third Bureau Materials Company, increasing the area of 1.50 mu and the land assets of the College by more than RMB1.200 million, thus realizing the first expansion strategy. In 2004, the campus construction and renovation project started, which opened the prelude to the campus infrastructure construction.
