What is a transformer feeder?
Feeder is the old name. The high-voltage cabinet has a power receiving cabinet and a power feeding cabinet. At present, the high-voltage cabinet is called the power receiving cabinet, which is the incoming cabinet and the feeder cabinet is the outgoing cabinet.

Feeder is a term in distribution network, which can refer to a branch connected to any distribution node, which can be a feed-in branch or a feed-out branch. However, because the typical topology of distribution network is radial, the energy flow in most feeders is unidirectional. However, in order to improve the reliability of power supply, the change of distribution network structure is very complicated, and power transmission is not absolutely in the same direction. So roughly speaking, the branches in the distribution network can be called feeders.
