Contents of the exhibition This exhibition shows that Dunhuang art has been absorbing foreign cultures on the basis of its own traditional culture for more than a thousand years, and has formed an art treasure house full of Chinese national spirit through themes such as roaming on the Silk Road, painting on the walls, solemn Buddhist temples, pure Sanskrit, access to the Silk Road, beautiful clothes, wonderful workmanship and stories behind Dunhuang grottoes. At the end of the exhibition, it shows that several generations of staff of Dunhuang Research Institute have worked hard in Mogao Grottoes and explored Dunhuang through pictures.
