1, creak

It is an ancient and traditional folk musical instrument and toy, which appeared in the Warring States period. The early rattle was a musical instrument, not a toy. Ringing bells is not unique to a certain place. Rattlesnakes have appeared in all parts of China and ethnic minority areas. This kind of rattle is popular in Zhuoni, Zhongdian, Weixi and Lijiang in Gansu, Yanyuan in Sichuan and northern China.

The rattle was called Fu, Fu and Lu in ancient times. In Tibetan, it is called Damaru, Dake, Raolu, Reba Gongga and Zhuoni Drum. Naxi people call Dongba drum and tambourine. Also known as snare drum, peddler drum, wave drum, Braun drum and wave drum, some areas in the south of the Yangtze River are also called shake.

Two, nine rings

This is a traditional folk intellectual toy in China. In Zhuo Wenjun's letter to Sima Xiangru, there is a saying that "nine chains are broken from it". A Dream of Red Mansions in the Qing Dynasty is also recorded by Lin Daiyu's skillful interpretation of the nine-linked rings. Zhou Bangyan also left a famous sentence about the Nine Rings, "Clever Jie Lianhuan."

On March 8, 2003, Wang of Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province, China successfully solved the Nine-Chain in 3 minutes and 57 seconds, and entered the Guinness Book of World Records.

3. Gyroscope

Gyro is one of the earliest folk entertainment tools in China, also known as sudra. It is called "Gan Le" in southern Fujian and "Bing Yan" or "Beating an old cow" in the north. Wuqiao area in Hebei Province is called Bo. In Guizhou and other places, it is called "Gro". Ge read the second sound and Luo read the first sound.

The upper half of the shape is round and the lower half is pointed. It used to be made of wood, but now it is mostly made of plastic or iron. When you play, you can wrap it with a rope and pull it hard to make it rotate upright. Or rotated by the elastic force of a spring. The traditional ancient gyro is roughly an inverted cone made of wood or iron, and the game is split with a whip. Gyroscopes emitted by transmitters have been used in modern times.

Of course, there are also some "hand-twisted gyros" that are very popular. Gyroscope is a toy that teenagers are very familiar with. Popular all over the world. China is the hometown of gyro. A stone gyro was unearthed in the Neolithic site in Xia County, Shanxi Province, China. It can be seen that gyroscopes have a history of at least four or five thousand years in China.

4, bamboo dragonfly

Bamboo dragonfly is one of the traditional folk children's toys in China, which is widely spread. Bamboo dragonfly consists of two parts. One is a bamboo handle. The second is "wings". When playing, rub your hands together, then let go, and the bamboo dragonfly will fly to the sky.

It will fall off after a while. It is a very subtle little invention in ancient China. This simple and magical toy once amazed western missionaries and called it "China spiral". In 1930s, Germans invented the helicopter propeller according to the shape and principle of "bamboo dragonfly".

5.kites

In the Northern and Southern Dynasties, kites began to be a tool for transmitting information. Since Sui and Tang Dynasties, due to the development of paper industry, people began to use paper to paste kites. Flying kites became a popular outdoor activity in the Song Dynasty.

2011April 16, Wu Xiaohong, the British Guinness World Records Certification Officer, announced here that the kite-flying activity held in Weifang, China set a new Guinness World Record of 6 198 people flying kites in Gaza in 20 10.
