Sun Chengzong (1563—1638) was born in Baoding, North Zhili (now Hebei). Military strategist in late Ming dynasty. I am a teacher. I live in Zhu Youxiao and work for Mingxi. Then he succeeded Wang Zaijin as the overseer of Jiliao, built a 200-mile defense line in Ningjin and led 1 1 10,000 troops. When Huang Taiji surrounded Kyoto, Zhu Youjian called Sun Chengzong and plotted to repel the Qing army. But not long after, Sun Chengzong was impeached by the minister of the DPRK, and Sun Chengzong resigned and returned to his hometown again, living in Levin County for seven years. In the eleventh year of Chongzhen, the Qing army launched a massive attack. Sun Chengzong led Levin, and the whole family died. He went to the Ministry of War as a minister and teacher before his death. The axe king of Nanming posthumously awarded a surname named Shi Wenzhong. He is the author of a collection of poems, Selected Works of Levin, and a military work, Co-edited by Che Ying Koda. In the forty-eighth year of Wanli (1620), Emperor Zhu Youxiao of Mingxi ascended the throne, and Sun Chengzong took Zuo as a Japanese lecturer. Zhu Youxiao listened to Sun Chengzong's lectures every day and was deeply inspired, so he took special care of Sun Chengzong.
