The History panel has no shortcut keys. As can be seen from the menus with history panels, the shortcut keys of some menus are located to the right of their names. Unless this is the case, hold down the ALT key to activate the menu, press V to select the menu with the history panel (view V), then select the history panel, and OK. But this is not a good method, and it is a bit troublesome. Another way is to customize the shortcut keys in the history panel (I don't know if you want to change them).
