Wing Chun Boxing was listed as a representative project of national intangible cultural heritage in 20 14. Wing Chun Boxing is a technology to prevent invasion and an active and streamlined self-defense system. Because of the descriptions of major film and television works, we all know this boxing, and we are more familiar with the masters Ip Man and Bruce Lee. There are many legends about the origin and version history of Wing Chun Quan. Wing Chun Boxing, which has developed to this day, is essentially the development and perfection of its predecessors.
3, octupole boxing
Bajiquan was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2008. Eight-pole boxing is a kind of short boxing, and its movements generally pursue the style of being strong, unpretentious and quick. It emphasizes inch by inch, hard to beat and hard to open. It does have the general characteristics of being touched, helped, squeezed, leaned, collapsed and shaken, and it has the trend of "shaking the arm against the sky and stamping the foot to shake Kyushu".
4. Xingyiquan
Xingyiquan was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage on 20 1 1. Xingyiquan was originally called Mind Liuhe Boxing. The present Xingyiquan was founded by Li Luoneng, a native of Shenzhou, Hebei Province, during Daoguang period of Qing Dynasty. Xingyiquan pays attention to the high unity of inner meaning and form. Xingyiquan not only has high combat effectiveness, but also has significant effects on improving human functions such as muscle elasticity, spinal flexibility and bone density.
5. Bagua Palm
Baguazhang was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2008. Bagua Palm, also known as Swimming Bagua Palm and Bagua Chain Palm, is a traditional boxing in China, which mainly focuses on palm change and turn. It was founded in the late Qing Dynasty by Dong Haichuan, a native of Wen 'an, Langfang City, Hebei Province. Eight diagrams palm crisscross in the movement process, divided into four squares, four corners and eight directions, similar to the eight diagrams in Zhouyi, with eight diagrams representing the basic eight palms.
6. Fan-tracking boxing
Fan Jiquan was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2008. Fan Trace Boxing, also known as Yanqing Boxing, is the representative of China traditional martial arts and one of the essence of boxing. According to historical records, the Fan Trace Boxing originated in Shaolin, and it has a history of 1400 years since Dharma started boxing. Later, it was named after Yan Qing in Water Margin. Fan Trace Boxing is famous for its actual combat, but the content of grasping is also rich, systematic and comprehensive, mainly including grasping, hitting and throwing.
7. Nanquan
Nanquan, also known as Nanquan, is the general name of boxing styles popular in the south since the Ming Dynasty. Its play is short and pithy, compact in structure, simple in action, often accompanied by sound cheering, and strong in attack and defense. Since the Qing Dynasty, Nanquan has played an important role in martial arts legendary novels and movies. There are many kinds of Nanquan, such as Guangdong Nanquan, Guangxi Nanquan and He Quan Nanquan.
8. Shaolin boxing
Shaolin Boxing is one of the traditional classic boxing styles in China, named after Shaolin Temple. It is a boxing method based on China's ancient fitness techniques and absorbing the advantages of various martial arts. Shaolin boxing is famous at home and abroad for its vigorous, unpretentious and beneficial to attack and defense. Shaolin Boxing originated in the Northern Wei Dynasty, with various boxing methods, mainly divided into five boxing methods: dragon, tiger, leopard, snake and crane, as well as Hua Quan, arhat and dragon-respecting boxing.
9. Jeet Kune Do
Jeet Kune Do is a modern martial arts system founded by martial arts master Bruce Lee before his death in 1964. It combines the boxing characteristics of all countries in the world, mainly taking wing chun boxing, boxing and fencing as the system, with China's Taoist thought as the core.
