Nine skylights set a record for diving depth in China Cave, with a depth of 212m and 7.5 hours, which was refreshed by the Australian team in 20 15. It is also a holy place for divers all over the world. Of course, in the near future, only domestic athletes can dominate.
Jiudun skylight is located at the foot of a mountain on the edge of Jiudun Valley around Jiudun Village in Daxing Township, located in the upper reaches of Chengjiang River Basin, and developed in carbonate strata of Maokou Formation and Qixia Formation of Lower Permian. It consists of four skylights, all of which are inclined skylights. The hole is slightly circular, with a diameter of13.5-25.7m, and the skylight depth is over 35m (excluding water depth) and the water depth is over100m.
Nine skylights explore history
20 13 Australian wet mule expedition arrives in Daxing, Du 'an. The purpose of their trip is to explore the mystery of Daxing's nine-ton skylight and find the bottom of it.
On March 20th, they spent six hours exploring the nine skylights, which inadvertently broke the previous record set by Mia, the world ice diving queen. They swam to the depth of 203 meters, and found an underground river channel in the south hole and north hole of Unicom Jiutian Window at the underwater 1 12 meters. On 23rd, they dived to a depth of 2 12m again, setting a new record for cave diving in China.
