Where does Gucheng Village belong?
Xigucheng Village is located in the west of Beidaihe District, Qinhuangdao City, with Daihe River in the west, Lianfeng Mountain in the east and Ji Fa Ecological Agriculture Sightseeing Park in the north. During the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1403- 1424), Qin, Cheng and Chen moved from Shandong to occupy this village, which has a history of more than 600 years. There are 44 villagers 1,1,0 12, with a village area of 345 mu and cultivated land area of 773 mu. This village is dominated by the family hotel industry.

Gucheng Village is adjacent to Yanggezhuang Village, Taipingzhuang Village, 571/factory Beidaihe Branch Community, Xituotou Village, Station Community, Dongtuotou Village, Feishizhuang Village, Qiao Zhuang Village, Badaowa Village, Station Village, Beidaihe Village, Zhuzhuang Village, Suzhuang Village and Caigezhuang Village.

20 16 12.28, Gucheng village was selected as the fourth batch of beautiful and livable villages demonstration list.

On August 26th, 2020, Gucheng Village was selected as the second batch of national rural tourism key villages.

There are Beidaihe Scenic Area, Geziwo Park, Beidaihe Bird Watching Area, Beidaihe European Style Street, Beidaihe Museum and other tourist attractions near Gucheng Village, and there are Qinhuangdao shell carving, Beidaihe shredded squid, laver, steamed seafood, Beidaihe crab and other special foods.
