Horn carving? (Length:108cm; Weight: 6.5-9 kg)

Harpia harpyja (scientific name), also known as Harpy Eagle or Harpy Eagle, is an eagle in the new tropical world, which was later incorporated into the genus Harpia.

They are the largest and strongest birds of prey in America, and often inhabit the crown of tropical lowland forests. They are also one of the largest eagles in the world, and only the ape-eating eagle is bigger than them. The extinct Hasted eagle is almost 50% bigger than them.

They were first described by Swedish biologist Carl Linnaeus in 1758 and were named Vultur harpyja. It is introduced in detail in its reprint book "Natural System".

Harpia harpyia is one of the largest birds of prey in the world, almost half the height of human beings. The female horn carving has an average body length of 108 cm, a wingspan of 200 cm and a weight of 6.5-9 kg. Only the ape-eating eagle and the tiger-headed sea eagle are similar in size, but the horned eagle has a short wingspan. The eagle weighs only about 3.8-5.4 kilograms.

The upper body feathers of the horn carving are gray-black and the lower body feathers are white. There is a dark space from the chest to the neck. The head is light gray and has two crowns. Male and female sculptures look exactly the same.

Hornhawk has a sharp hooked beak and powerful claws almost as big as the palm of a human hand, which is unique among all raptors. Sharp nails are as long as 12 cm, and the leg muscles are very developed, with a grip strength of 50 kg, which can easily crush the skull of prey and pierce the thick iron plate.

The horn carving is named after two towering black feather crowns on its head, and its special shape and body color make it mysterious.
