1. Open excel and find the data to make a trend chart. General data will have a date list, so that you can see the trends and data in each time period.

2. Use the mouse to select two columns that need to be reflected in the trend chart.

3. Click Chart-Line Chart-generally select the line chart of 2D line chart in the menu bar.

4. After selecting Line Chart, a line chart can be automatically generated on the current page.
