How many years has it been since Wanli?
(1563 September 4th-1620 August 18) The 13th emperor of the Ming Dynasty, the third son of Zhu Zaiyu of the Ming Dynasty, was born to his filial mother Li. In the second year of Qin Long's reign (1568), he became the Crown Prince on March 11th and was in the East Palace. In the sixth year of Qin Long (1572), Ming Muzong died, and Zhu Yijun, aged 10, succeeded to the throne, with the year number of Wanli, who reigned for 48 years, and was the longest emperor in the Ming Dynasty.

In the first ten years of the rule, Zhang, the first assistant of the cabinet, presided over the government affairs and carried out a series of reform measures, which made the social economy develop greatly and created a situation of "Wanli Prosperity". During this period, he presided over the three expeditions of Wanli, which consolidated the territory of the Ming Dynasty, but also spent a lot of money. [1] In the later period of Ming Shenzong's administration, he didn't go to court for 28 years, but the dynasty could still run as usual. [3] In the twenty-fourth year of Wanli (1596), eunuchs were sent to various places as mine supervisors and tax collectors, plundering the wealth of the people everywhere, and were repeatedly resisted by the people. The party struggle in his later years was caused by the establishment of heirs, and the consequences were not shallow. [4-5] At this time, the Jianzhou Jurchen in the northeast began to rise. In the forty-seventh year of Wanli (16 19), Zongshen recruited elite troops to Liaodong in an attempt to wipe out Nurhachi in one fell swoop, but was defeated in the battle of Salhu, and the Ming army turned to the defensive. [6]

In the forty-eighth year of Wanli (1620), Ming Shenzong died on July 21st at the age of fifty-eight. Fan Tianhe, a posthumous title, wrote a short article about Zhesutun, saying that Wu 'an people showed their filial piety and buried Ming Tombs and Dingling Tombs. [7] After his death, Zhu Changluo, the eldest son, succeeded him to the throne. Only 24 years after Ming Shenzong's death, the Ming Dynasty perished.

In Zhu Yijun's deep palace, "nothing matters", which led to the raging from the imperial court to the outer court. Liaodong Houjin rose rapidly, sending troops south to attack the Ming army, and the Liaodong War broke out. On the first day of the first month in the forty-fourth year of Wanli (16 16), the post-Jin regime was formally established and eventually became the main threat of the Ming Dynasty. Since then, the situation in Liaodong in the Ming Dynasty has gone from bad to worse. Especially after the crusade to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea and the mining tax caused chaos in Gao Huai, the border defense in Liaodong was empty, the soldiers and civilians were trapped, the supply was difficult, and the Ming army was defeated repeatedly.

In the forty-seventh year of Wanli (16 19), in March, in the battle of Salhu, the fourth and third armies of the Ming army were completely annihilated, losing 90,000 divisions. Liaodong War needs about 4.02 million yuan every year. [39] In order to cope with this huge military expenditure, Zhu Yijun has ordered the national land tax to be levied three times since September of the forty-sixth year of Wanli, which is called "Liao Xiang" in history. At the end of the Ming dynasty, three salaries (Liao, suppression and training) were increased. Instead of helping, it sent more troops, which aroused the strong dissatisfaction of the people all over the country and threw themselves into the torrent of anti-Ming revolution. Zhu Yijun himself felt depressed and sad.

In March of the forty-eighth year of Wanli (1620), Zhu Yijun suffered a disastrous defeat in Liaodong due to long-term debauchery and finally became seriously ill. On July 2 1, Zongshen died in Hongdetang at the age of 58. On 22nd, he was sent out in mourning, and on 23rd, he issued a testamentary edict, ordering Crown Prince Zhu Changluo to succeed him to the throne. On the 10th day of September, the posthumous title God Sect Fan Tianhe was a Taoist priest, a Taoist priest, and a temple god Sect. /kloc-0 was buried in Dingling on October 3rd.
